How we ship

Our Development Process.

Six steps from kickoff to production and beyond. Each step has named deliverables, a duration estimate and a demoable output. Transparent, documented, repeatable.

The method

A six-step method built for production.

Every engagement at Vyntrix runs the same documented process. Steps are not rigid — they overlap, iterate and adapt to scope. But the discipline of naming deliverables, durations and demoable outputs is the same across every project. Below is what the journey looks like.

Six steps

From discovery to scale.

01Step 1

Consultation & Planning

A focused two-week discovery phase before any code is written. Senior architects sit with your team, map your existing systems, interview operators, identify success metrics and produce a clear scope. We design the database architecture and rough information flows here, not in week six when changes are expensive.

Duration2 weeks
  • Stakeholder interview notes and synthesis
  • Existing systems audit (data, integrations)
  • Success metrics and acceptance criteria
  • Initial system architecture diagram
  • Scope document with milestones
  • Final delivery roadmap
Consultation & Planning
02Step 2

UI/UX Design

Information architecture, user flows, design system and high-fidelity prototypes. We design for the operator's daily workflow, not for the screenshot. Designers and engineers work together so what gets designed can actually ship.

Duration3-4 weeks
  • User flows for primary and secondary paths
  • Wireframes for all core screens
  • Design system (type, color, components, motion)
  • High-fidelity prototypes in Figma
  • Accessibility review notes
  • Component library handoff

03Step 3

Development & Integration

Two-week sprints with demoable deliverables every cycle. Senior engineers write production code from sprint one, not throwaway prototypes. Backend, frontend and mobile work runs in parallel where the architecture allows.

Duration6-16 weeks depending on scope
  • Working software demoed every two weeks
  • Code reviewed PRs in shared GitHub
  • Integration tests for critical paths
  • Transparent backlog in shared Linear
  • Documentation written alongside code
  • Weekly written status update
Development & Integration
04Step 4

Testing & Optimization

Performance testing, load testing, security review, accessibility audit, observability wiring and AI evaluation runs. We do not treat this as a phase after development. It runs continuously inside sprints.

Duration1-3 weeks (overlaps with development)
  • Load test results against peak traffic
  • Security audit report and remediation
  • Accessibility audit (WCAG 2.2 AA)
  • AI evaluation suite results
  • Observability dashboards (Sentry, OTel)
  • Pre-launch checklist completion
Testing & Optimization
05Step 5

Deployment & Launch

Production cutover with rollback plans. App Store and Play Store submissions handled in-house. For SaaS launches we run a phased rollout: internal team first, pilot customers second, general availability third.

Duration1-2 weeks
  • App Store and Play Store live listings
  • Production deployment with monitoring
  • Rollback plan tested and documented
  • Phased rollout schedule executed
  • Launch communication templates
  • Post-launch incident response standby
Deployment & Launch
06Step 6

Maintenance & Scaling

After launch, the work shifts from build to operate. Monthly improvement cycles, monitoring, incident response, on-call coverage and roadmap collaboration. Most clients move to a retainer that covers ongoing engineering capacity.

DurationOngoing
  • Production monitoring with alerting
  • 4-hour incident response SLA
  • Monthly improvement releases
  • Quarterly roadmap reviews
  • Documentation kept current
  • Handover plan if engagement winds down

How to engage

Three engagement models.

Project

Best forDefined-scope builds (white-label apps, MVPs, AI integrations).
StructureFixed-scope with milestones. Deliverables agreed upfront.
PricingFixed-fee with optional add-on modules.
Most chosen

Retainer

Best forOngoing engineering capacity, multi-quarter roadmaps, production support.
StructureDedicated team allocation per month. Capacity measured in story points and senior hours.
PricingMonthly retainer with rolling 90-day commitment.

Equity

Best forEarly-stage founders building a venture-backable product. Limited slots.
StructureMixed cash and equity. Vyntrix takes a meaningful but minority stake. Senior architect joins as fractional CTO.
PricingCustom structure per opportunity.
Typical timelines

Three reference timelines.

12-week SaaS MVP

  • Weeks 1-2: Discovery
  • Weeks 3-5: Design
  • Weeks 6-11: Development (3 sprints)
  • Week 12: Testing and launch

6-week White-Label

  • Week 1: Brand and configuration discovery
  • Weeks 2-4: Configuration and customisation
  • Week 5: Testing and App Store submission
  • Week 6: Launch and onboarding

4-week AI Integration

  • Week 1: Discovery and scoping
  • Weeks 2-3: Build
  • Week 4: Testing and deployment
